Front Desk Executive
Be the first person our clients meet. You'll welcome visitors to the studio, manage calls and WhatsApp enquiries, book consultations for our designers and keep the studio running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients, vendors and walk-in visitors, and look after them while they wait.
- Answer studio calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries promptly and route them to the right designer.
- Book, confirm and reschedule design consultations and site visits; maintain the team calendar.
- Record new enquiries accurately and follow up on pending ones.
- Keep the reception, meeting room and material library neat, labelled and presentation-ready.
- Handle couriers, stationery and basic office administration; support the team with documentation.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in a front office, reception, customer service or similar client-facing role.
- Clear, friendly communication in English; Kannada and Hindi are a strong plus.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email, Google Sheets or Excel, and a calendar tool.
- Organised, punctual and well presented, with a calm, helpful manner.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience at a design studio, architecture firm, real estate office or showroom.
- Interest in interiors, materials and design.
Interior Designer
Design homes and workspaces from first brief to handover. You'll meet clients, plan spaces, create drawings and 3D views, select materials and work closely with our site and joinery team to deliver what was drawn.
What you'll do
- Meet clients, understand their brief, lifestyle and budget, and take accurate site measurements.
- Develop space plans, furniture layouts and design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare working drawings — layouts, elevations, false ceiling, electrical and joinery details.
- Create or brief 3D views and present designs clearly to clients; manage revisions to sign-off.
- Select materials, finishes, hardware and lighting; prepare material boards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor, joinery and vendors so execution matches the design.
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience designing residential and/or commercial interiors.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp; 3ds Max with V-Ray or Enscape is a plus.
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes and site processes.
- A portfolio of completed or concept projects.
- Clear communication and presentation skills; confident with clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with turnkey projects and Bangalore vendors.
- Skills in rendering, mood boards and estimation.
