Our Process

From blank plan to keys in hand.

Six clear stages, one accountable team, and you see everything in 3D before work begins. Here is exactly what happens — and what you receive — at each step.

  1. 01

    Brief & site visit

We start by listening. A designer meets you at your home or our studio, understands how you live, what you love and what is not working, and takes detailed measurements of the space.

    What you receive

    • Requirement brief, room by room
    • Measured site survey and photos
    • Budget range and priorities discussion
    • Recommended scope and next steps
  2. 02

    Concept & space planning

We develop layouts and a design direction for the whole home — furniture placement, storage, circulation and a mood board of colours, materials and textures — and refine it with you.

    What you receive

    • Furniture and space-planning layouts
    • Mood board and colour palette
    • Material direction
    • Revisions until the layout is right
  3. 03

    Detailed design & 3D

Once the layout is agreed, we create detailed designs and photorealistic 3D views of key rooms, so you can see proportions, finishes and lighting before anything is built.

    What you receive

    • 3D views of key rooms
    • Joinery and furniture designs
    • Electrical, lighting and false-ceiling plans
    • Finish and hardware selection
  4. 04

    Itemised quote & sign-off

You receive a clear, room-by-room quote that lists materials, board grades, finishes and hardware. Nothing moves to production until you have reviewed and signed off on the design and the quote.

    What you receive

    • Itemised, room-by-room quote
    • Material and hardware specification
    • Project schedule
    • Design sign-off
  5. 05

    Production & site work

Modular units are manufactured to the approved drawings while our site team handles civil, electrical, false ceiling and painting work. A single point of contact keeps you updated with progress photos.

    What you receive

    • Factory manufacturing of joinery
    • Site supervision of every trade
    • Regular progress updates
    • Quality checks at each stage
  6. 06

    Installation & handover

Everything is installed, aligned and checked. We walk through every room with you, close any snags, clean up, and hand over your home with care and warranty information.

    What you receive

    • Installation and final alignment
    • Room-by-room walkthrough
    • Snag list closed
    • Care guide and warranty details

FAQ

Process questions

How long does the design stage take?
It depends on the size of the home and how quickly decisions are made. We agree a schedule with you at the start and share timelines for each stage.
Can I make changes after sign-off?
Yes. If you change a design after sign-off, we share a revised drawing and an updated cost before anything is built, so you always know the impact.
Do I need to visit the site during work?
Not often. Your point of contact shares regular progress updates with photos, and we invite you for key checks such as before painting and at handover.
