We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance only. Images of interiors, styles and "design directions" are illustrative and represent the kind of spaces we design; they are not a guarantee of a specific outcome. Articles and guides are general information and not professional advice for your particular situation.
04Consultations, quotes and projects
A free consultation does not create any obligation for either party. Any estimate shared before a site visit is indicative. A project begins only when both parties agree a written proposal or contract setting out the scope, specifications, price, payment schedule and timeline. Where these terms and a signed project agreement differ, the project agreement applies.
05Designs and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the Aventa assistant character and designs, belongs to Aventa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Images sourced from third-party libraries remain subject to their licences. Design drawings, 3D views and concepts we create for you remain our intellectual property until the related fees are paid in full, after which you may use them for your own project.
06Aventa, our virtual assistant
Aventa is a rule-based virtual assistant that answers common questions and helps you contact our team. Its replies are general information, not a quotation or professional advice. Please confirm specific details with our designers.
07Third-party links and services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms and reference websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
08Limitation of liability
