Can I stay in my home during renovation?
Often, yes — especially for room-by-room work. We plan the sequence of work to keep parts of the home usable and discuss timelines and noise with you in advance.
Can you reuse some of my existing furniture?
Yes. We assess what is in good condition and design around pieces you want to keep, which can also help manage the budget.
Do you handle society permissions?
We guide you on the information societies usually need, such as work hours and material movement, and plan the work to follow apartment rules.
How do you estimate a renovation?
After a site visit, we prepare an itemised quote that separates demolition, repairs, new work and finishes, so you can see exactly what is included.
